Product availability is confirmed by email within the order processing period of 1 to 2 business days. If the product is in stock it will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours. If a product is not in stock, the client will be informed of the approximate time for production and shipping of the item. The production time is 5 to 10 business days for items already designed. Custom designs take longer and production timing will be determined by each project’s requirements.
All products are shipped from Montreal, Quebec – Canada.
After the order is shipped, it usually reaches customers within 5 to 10 business days within North America. International orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, but it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries have longer processing time at Customs and local postal services and that may delay the delivery.
Products in gold and platinum are custom made and not eligible for returns.
Products made in other metals and materials that are not custom made may be returned for a full refund or exchange.
You can return an eligible product for up to 10 days from the date of delivery.
Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

Once we have received your returned item (eligible items only), we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
We will refund your purchase price, taxes(Canadian taxes) and shipping amounts and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
When requesting an exchange of products on our website, please follow the return procedures outlined above.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you a store credit notice that can be applied to any other products on our online store marciacormel.com.
For ring size exchanges, there will be a re-casting fee of $ 15, so we request clients to inform accurate ring size when placing an order.
Products in gold and platinum are custom made and may only be exchanged upon calculations and agreement on the costs to re-make the item(S) due to the great variation in prices for these metals, shipping insurance as well as casting and polishing losses. A minimum fee of 15% of the original price will be charged for an exchange of these products.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
Shipping costs to return an item must be paid by the client unless the item purchased is defective or damaged, in which case we will reimburse the return shipping amount to the client’s original payment method.
In the case of a ring exchange due to and incorrect size informed on the original order form, the customer will be asked to cover shipping costs (return shipping and new product shipping ) and a small ring sizing fee if sizing is possible.
